Refund Policy

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Period: Customers are entitled to a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 5 business days after the order is completed. Full refunds will only be processed during this 5-day period.

Partial Refunds: A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made within 15 calendar days of the purchase date. After 15 calendar days from the purchase date, customers are not entitled to a refund; however, customers may still request a refund, which is subject to approval by UPSIDE Event Management, LLC .

Non-Refundable Items: No refunds will be issued for any orders that have been processed and shipped (or delivered) unless the items were damaged during delivery or are defective.
